1. All imported/blocked ticket information is stored in the ticket mail log.
2. Use this module to restore information stored in the ticket mail log, this will recover all text and attachments deleted from the tickets and insert as a new ticket.
3. Recover unlimited amount of tickets from the mail log.
How to install:
1. Create a backup from the WHMCS database + files.
2. Upload & unzip the ticket_restore.zip in the main root WHMCS directory.
3. In the admin WHMCS menu go to Setup > Addon Modules, and Activate the module, you will need your license key to use the module.
